Alana and Alyssa
The beauty of Alana De La Garza has left an impression on small screens. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Then she began moving to Texas to pursue the field of physical therapy within the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent film as well as international commercials. Despite her small roles, she soon discovered her love in acting. After moving to New York and in 2001 she landed her first role on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of the decade she was seen in tiny part for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. She landed her major role in 2004 on the brief film The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. She then migrated to the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her character, among them Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008, she was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor on CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio the wife of actor Michael Caine. Most recent TV appearance was as Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly darker drama Do No Harm. After two short episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano is Italian and has a 10 year old younger brother called Cory. Milano was born into a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano was just seven years young when her babysitter drove Milano to an audition. Four girls were selected out of more than 1000 applicants. Milano performed in television advertisements and off-Broadway shows including the first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
